We collect minimal information necessary to facilitate ticket bookings and gate entries verification:

• Attendee Name: Used to personalize your QR code ticket and verify identity at the entrance gates.
• WhatsApp Phone Number: Used solely to dispatch your generated QR ticket card via Twilio or logging alerts.
• Transaction ID: Used to cross-reference booking validation with banking payments.
• Scan Logs: For security audits, our system logs ticket validation timestamps and scanner username attributes.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly used for gate checking, database audits, and security logs. We do not sell, distribute, or rent your database records to third-party marketing companies.

3. Data Security

All ticket data and user credentials are encrypted. Password hashes utilize secure blowfish encryption (bcrypt) to ensure secure authentication flows. Static ticket images containing QR codes are stored inside server access-restricted static paths.

4. Third-Party Integrations

If a phone number is provided, we send transactional ticket alerts using Twilio APIs. Twilio is restricted from using your phone number for any other communications.
